Returns & Exchange Policy 

We offer one free return or exchange if you happen to change your mind. As all BNDS come in sealed packages, we cannot accept any returned packages that are opened. 

If you have any questions about BNDS working on a certain type of footwear please email us at support@vlirka.com, or send us a direct message on our Instagram @vlirka and we will gladly help you make the right choice. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order but would like to cancel the order, please contact us at support@vlirka.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will work with you to accommodate all cancellation requests before an order has been processed and shipped.
